Elizabeth Mehlin Bio

Elizabeth Mehlin recently moved her studio from Washington DC to Essex, Massachusetts.  She has twelve years’ experience in conservation of oil paintings for government agencies, private institutions and individual clients in the US and Canada. 

Education

 
She received her Master of Art Conservation degree specializing in paintings from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.


Professional Affiliations

Elizabeth Mehlin is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works. She is a member of AIC, WCG, IIC and NECA.
